I had been looking situated at theo- previous sony model that had over 300 reviews following this cnet had it because their choice inner theo- portable dvd products inner theo- 7″-10″ screen sizes.
I am very please with theo- latest Sony DVP-FX930 model, what has changed is they made theo- screen an inch larger following this placed touch buttons on theo- newer model. This fx 930 looks more modern, sleek although it is a little larger.
I am very pleased because i receive played various dvd’s, using full following this normal settings that you tin can select as wide or standard screen formats. I receive played many cd’s from theo- actual artists on my own made cd’s situated at home following this played music files from my pc following this taken along photos like a photo album when i require on share or receive those close on me with me provided that on speak when traveling.
Sound is fine as theo- little speakers but 99% of theo- time i use really good headphones following this you get two jacks provided that you tin can share when sitting with someone on a plane, train, or inner theo- car because long because you are not driving. Had on toss that in! 
It is not too heavy compared on many, certainly much less than a laptop following this still small enough screen size on know you are not luggin around a laptop. Being it is smaller it makes it more mobile as your travels whether local or abroad.
I receive been using this item non-stop almost without any issues. Could it be improved, yes, almost any product tin can be following this because with any electronics they seem on improve with almost each iteration.
With this said, you tin can save $30-$40 near buying theo- previous model. It is an inch smaller but theo- screen resolution is theo- same following this many of theo- features are almost identical.
