At first, I would receive rated this laptop 5 star. Led fine, easily upgradable, sleek, etc. Later a few months of using, I begun getting lockups. Now they are daily. No, it’s not a virus. I attempted contacting technical support – less intelligence there than a cable Toshiba Satellite L755-S5350 companionship tech suffer line. In fact, the process is “send us the laptop and we will ship you a repaired laptop”. Finally time I did that (a different electronics device) I received back a device that was clearly used, abused, and in worse condition. My succeeding purchase will be a Dell.
